  • 4 oz frozen spinach, thawed
  • 5 oz Boursin Shallot & Chive cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (seeds removed)
  • 8 oz lump or claw crab meat
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1216 medium shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Cajun Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Follow these step-by-step instructions to craft the perfect Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon:

Prep the Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Salmon

  1. Drizzle salmon fillets with 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Make a slit in the middle of each fillet (be careful not to cut all the way through).
