Crack an egg into a bowl of cold water. Put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes on low setting. Drain the poached egg. Pit the avocado and put the egg in the hole.

  • Fresh Dip Avocado and Hummus

Combine 1 cup of hummus with one ripe avocado. You can eat this as a dip or as pita bread filling.

  • Avocado Tuna Salad

Mash the avocado and mix it with a can of tuna. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add salt based on your desired taste.
